We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip a short way up Tibbee Creek that runs into the Tombigbee River on Bill's pontoon boat! We left the marina around 5:30 in hot and humid conditions, ugh! We didn't go too far up the creek because of shallow water and not knowing exactly how to navigate to stay in deeper water as there are many islands and channels. The creek is much more scenic than the main river channel. We saw several egrets and herons. After a pit stop at the marina, we returned to the creek for sunset. Unfortunately there were no clouds but the colors were pretty.
The photos are in the order I took them. The last 4 were taken after we returned to the marina.
Canon 5D Mk II and 24 - 105 lens. I bought PhotoFrame 4.5 upgrade and framed many of them.
